6 – A MUDE SERVIÇOS DIGITAL LTDA. is the owner of the brand, logo, and web address used on this website, being assured all rights over them.

7 – The CLIENT undertakes to immediately inform MUDE SERVIÇOS DIGITAL LTDA., via email, of any unauthorized use of its login on the SITE or possible breaches of security that are of its knowledge. You also agree not to leave your personal record open on your computer after entering your email address on the SITE, thus avoiding unauthorized use by third parties.

The CLIENT acknowledges that while sending these files to the platform, said file is subject to interception by a third party or the action of “hackers, in which case MUDE SERVIÇOS DIGITAIS LTDA. cannot be held responsible, as this is a fortuitous event.

16 – The CLIENT exempts MUDE SERVIÇOS DIGITAIS LTDA., its officers and employees from any losses, expenses, damages, or claims, incurred by any third party or suffered by MUDE SERVIÇOS DIGITAIS LTDA., in connection with or as a result of any use or transmission that occurs under the CUSTOMER’s email address and password (CUSTOMER login on the website) and that violates the terms of the service offered/requested, any applicable local, national or international laws or regulations, or any rights of third parties, without prejudice to any indemnities arising.
